Do you offer sample items?
We try our best to provide high resolution imaging in order to provide customers with a realistic photo
of what the merchandise looks like. There are items in our store which we can provide samples. We will
be happy to send a complimentary sample but you will be charged the shipping fee.
Does CruisenFAVORS offer quantity or volume discounts?
Yes, if merchandise is purchased in volume, we can offer discounts. We have been modifying our
website to reflect these discounts. Speak with a customer care representative or email
admin@cruisenfavors.com to discuss pricing.
Do you offer FREE Shipping? Yes, enjoy shipping on us! We offer FREE Ground SHIPPING for
orders totaling $150.00 or more in the contiguous 48 states. ($150 prior to taxes)
How far in advance should I order my favors and gifts?
We work diligently to update our inventory and keep track of backordered merchandise. During the
height of wedding season (May thru August) CruisenFAVORS recommends ordering early to avoid
merchandise being unavailable. Orders are processed immediately and most are shipped within a 3-5
business days. Cake topper processing and shipping time may be slightly longer. Need your favors or
gifts in a couple of days? Expedited processing/shipping of orders can be accommodated. Please
contact a customer care representative to discuss in detail.
How will I know if my order is received?
Immediately after submitting your order, CruisenFAVORS will send you an email acknowledging
receipt of your order.
Can I change or modify an order after it is placed?
Please contact our store immediately! We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
There maybe instances where we process and/or ship orders so quickly that it is not possible to
cancel or amend an order. However, our primary goal is to make our customers happy.
What is the best way to contact Cruise n' Favors?
Our customer care representatives are readily available 24/7 to receive and process your online order.
If you wish, you may call and speak directly with us between the hours of 9am-5pm EST.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is 100% Guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied, contact a customer care
representative within 5 days of receiving your merchandise and we will gladly issue a refund or exchange.
We make every attempt to accommodate our customers as you are our number one priority. Once we are
contacted, you will be issued a return processing number( RPN) and we will credit your account
accordingly, less shipping and handling charges. Merchandise must be returned to our store in its
original content and packaging within 7 days of receiving return processing number. Whichever delivery
carrier you choose to use for the return is up to you but we do require a tracking number be assigned to
your package. Unfortunately, we can not honor returns of personalized or customized items, edible
favors, or special orders of any kind. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange that does not
meet the specifications listed above.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship outside of the USA or Canada. Please be aware there may be customs or
brokerage fees that carriers impose upon delivery of Canadian orders. Any customs fees and/or import
duties incurred on delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please note: Cruisenfavors
has no control over these charges nor can we predict what they may be. If there are any questions
regarding shipping destinations or fees, please do not hesitate to conatct us for further clarification prior to
placing your order.
How do I track my order?
After your in-stock merchandise is processed and ready to ship, you will receive tracking information
via email. Any of our customer care representatives are here to answer any questions or concerns that
you may have pertaining to your order.
